MAM Annual bbq volunteer signup

Thank you for your interest in sign up as a volunteer for the 2023 Annual BBQ happening on July 22nd. Please fill in your information and if you are selected for volunteering we will get in touch with you.

During this event you are expected to help out. Some of the responsibilities (not limited to) are: food sale, setup, cleanup, parking, supervise bouncy castles

By filling up this form you agree to release MAM and its affiliates, volunteers, and representatives from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss during the BBQ event/planning sessions.
