We offer a structured membership pathway based on your level of involvement:

Regular Members

Entry-level membership focused on participation and community engagement.

Associate Members

Active contributors with increased involvement and limited voting participation.

Executive Members

Highly engaged members eligible for leadership roles and full voting rights.

Members can progress through these levels based on their contribution and engagement.

How to Apply

Becoming a member is simple:

• Download and complete the membership application form
• Ensure you meet the basic eligibility and participation requirements
• Submit your application via email to membership@miltonmasjid.com with subject as “MEMBERSHIP”

Already a Member?

Renew your membership annually between January 1 – March 31 to remain active.
